Earl has become an acclaimed and versatile international musical theatre performer appearing throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, London's West End, Paris, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Scandinavia, Sweden, Dubai, Japan, Toronto, Broadway in New York, Macau and Singapore.

Concert appearances in the UK have included the Auctioneer in the 25th Anniversary Concert of Phantom of the Opera and the Royal Opera House; the Bishop in the 25th Anniversary Concert at the 02 Arena of Les Misérables; the BBC Concert Orchestra on Friday Night Is Music Night; the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra with Les Misérables In Concert, Chess In Concert, Rodgers and Hammerstein In Concert; the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic with Three Phantoms, A Musical Night of Queen and Wonderful Christmastime; as well as the 50th anniversary celebrations for the Royal Shakespeare Company. 

He’s Creative Director for Ginger Boy Productions and has devised and directed the concert phenomenon, Three Phantoms, that has toured regionally to internationally from 2011 to 2013 and has since premiered in this year. 

He is also Patron to the Mayflower Theatre in the UK.
