Earl’s Broadway and West End credits include the Phantom in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s and Cameron Mackintosh’s original The Phantom of the Opera (Her Majesty’s Theatre); Dubdhara in Schönberg and Boublils' The Pirate Queen (London Coliseum); Inspector Javert in Cameron Mackintosh’s productions of Les Misérables and Les Misérables 25th Anniversary Production (Imperial Theater Broadway, Barbican and Queens Theatre); Bishop of Digne and Bamatabois in the 2019 Les Misérables Stage Concert (Gielgud and Solheim Theatre); Lionel Solomon in The Dreamers (Abbey Road); Father in the award winning production, Ragtime (Charing Cross Theatre); Ed Parsley in the original cast and Daryl van Horne in The Witches of Eastwick (Drury Lane and Prince of Wales) and the Beast in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast (Dominion Theatre).

He’s Director of Ginger Boy Productions Limited; Patron and Associate Artist to the UK's largest independent producing and presenting house, the Mayflower Theatre and Visiting Professor for Solent University. Earl is also Creative Producer and Director of the UK and International touring production, Three Phantoms.
